Do you live on island? What island do you know? What is the biggest island? Do you know any of these islands?(p.3)

My hometown is an island Ohshima in Yamaguchi and I know island well. First I saw the title of this book "All About Islands," I think that I don't need to read this book because I have lived an island for a long time, but the thought was wrong. There are so many various kinds of island that I don' know. I learned many things about island in the world. For example, volcanic island, remote island, man-made island, and amazing land Species. After read it, I thought it is important for islands to know what they really are. Please try it.

BR 2-01: How to stay Healthy

For a healthy life,  you need to protect your body. Your body needs exercise and right food.（p.4）

I have a good health body, I think. However, I don't understand why so. Are there any element for it?
If so, what are good things for our health? After read it, I could understand clearly. According to this book, the key point of our good health is exercise and food which we always eat. From long ago, I have been careful of my eating habits and I always played some outdoor sports with my friends. That is why I have a healthy body now.
